Trick Circus is a unique youth-run circus with a strong focus on group communication, initiative, community involvement and performance. Based in the Abbotsford Convent, Melbourne, and incorporated as a not-for-profit association in 2005, Trick Circus provides a means for young people who are passionate about circus to come together, train, create, and perform on a professional level. Trick run a teen class open to the public every Thursday during term time from 6-8pm, training skills including adagio, juggling and tumbling, as well as general strength and flexibility. Participants can later apply to join the performance troupe, training 3 times a week.
